The Work
Essence can be defined as our true self, free of conditioning, nature of the Buddha, our original face.
We born with it and on top we ware our caricature, persona, or ego; that we tend to think is what defined us, but actually it's what keeps us part from living that essence.
The essence work is offering a very soft and sensitive way, with a lot of space and freedom, to melt the boundaries and obstacles that keep us from resting in our being.
The work is based on the understanding that being a part of our essence is what creates confusion, suffering and pain, there for, therapy that does not includes work to renew that connection is not complete.
There are few tolls that helps to expose and come closer to the essence
* Inquiry
* Meditation
* Breath
In the meetings we experience the connection to this essence, the connection to the being. We connect thru listening, to the body, to our inner voice, and we learn to pay attention when we live according to what we hear and when we move in our every day, from fear, ego, conditioning or anything else that is serving the persona.
The therapeutic work is allowing a lot of knowledge to come, memories and experiences that the body remembers and kept in the unconsciousness. This knowledge in coming only if and when we are ready for it and we can take it.
This process is happening step by step, as we learn and increase the capacity of our body and awareness.
As we take off layer after layer our onion shell, with every layer we expose exactly what we can contain, in that moment and space that we stand in our lives, emotionally and mentally, with the ability to listen with no judgment, or guilt.
Therapy without meditation is only half of the way, the healing, the integration, the transformation, in happening in the body as part of the meditation. In every meeting we combine both elements that allow us to deepen even more.
